Do you ship internationally?

Currently I am only shipping within the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take to ship?

I aim to get your order shipped within a week of the order date. Keep an eye out on the descriptions of the products - some may take a little longer (made to order products)

How much does postage cost?

Prices vary per item, all prices can be found in the products description.

What is your refund policy?

All items are handmade and in limited quantities, if you are unhappy with your product please get in contact with us via email ( helenamadeby@gmail.com ) if you'd like to organise a return. Products will only be accepted if they are unused. All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. The customer will have to cover the cost of the return shipping.

How do I care for my item?

All products are made from vintage fabrics so therefore are quite delicate. I recommend hand washing under cold water and laying flat to dry.
